Payment can be made through the Company's approved payment channels. The Company utilises secure payment processing in compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Government charges, third-party service fees, courier costs and related external charges, where applicable, shall be borne by the client.

Service fees cover the consultancy and administrative services provided by the Company.

Any transportation, flight tickets, hotel bookings or other travel services are arranged through authorised third-party travel partners.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service fees are generally non-refundable once consultation, coordination or documentation support services have commenced. This is due to the administrative work and third-party costs incurred upon initiation of services.

In cases where services have not yet commenced, a cancellation request may be submitted within 48 hours of payment for consideration. An administrative fee may apply.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Company's official email address. Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and the Company's decision shall be final.

Rejection, refusal or non-approval by any third-party authority or service provider does not entitle the client to a refund of the Company's service fees, as these fees cover consultancy services rendered.
