The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes through the contact information provided at the time of service engagement.

2. Scope of Services

The Company provides consultancy and assistance for visa applications, travel documentation, and related services. The Company acts solely as a consultancy service provider and does not represent any government authority or embassy.

KBH International provides travel planning, visa assistance and holiday package consultancy services only.

Flight tickets, transportation and other travel services are arranged through authorised third-party travel partners.

KBH International does not directly issue airline tickets and acts only as a travel service facilitator.

Services include, but are not limited to: visa application guidance, document review and preparation, appointment scheduling, interview preparation, and travel advisory services.

The approval or rejection of any visa application is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. The Company does not guarantee the outcome of any application.

3. Payment Terms

All service fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Fees are quoted in the currency specified at the time of service selection.

Payment can be made through the Company's approved payment channels. The Company utilises secure payment processing in compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Embassy fees, government charges, courier costs, and any third-party fees are additional and shall be borne by the client.

Payments made through this website are collected as service fees for travel consultancy, travel planning and holiday package coordination services.

Service fees cover the consultancy and administrative services provided by the Company.

Any transportation, flight tickets, hotel bookings or other travel services are arranged through authorised third-party travel partners.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service fees are generally non-refundable once the application process has commenced. This is due to the administrative work and third-party costs incurred upon initiation of services.

In cases where services have not yet commenced, a cancellation request may be submitted within 48 hours of payment for consideration. An administrative fee may apply.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Company's official email address. Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and the Company's decision shall be final.

Visa rejection by an embassy or consulate does not entitle the client to a refund of the Company's service fees, as these fees cover the consultancy services rendered.

5. Client Obligations

The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation required for the application process.

The client must respond to requests for additional information or documentation in a timely manner to avoid delays in processing.

The client acknowledges that any misrepresentation or provision of false information may result in the rejection of their application and potential legal consequences.

The client is responsible for ensuring their travel documents, including passports, are valid for the required duration as specified by the destination country.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from visa rejection, travel delays, or changes in immigration policies or regulations.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

The Company is not responsible for services provided by third-party travel partners including airlines, hotels, transportation providers or other travel service providers.

Any such services are subject to the terms and policies of the respective third-party providers.
