Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before purchasing any service package. This policy governs all travel consultancy, documentation assistance and travel planning services provided by KBH International.
1. General Policy
KBH TOURISM TOURS AND TRAVELS provides travel consultancy, documentation assistance and religious travel coordination services. By purchasing any service package, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing via the Company’s official email address.
2. Consultancy Services
Service fees paid to KBH International cover consultation, travel planning, documentation review and administrative support services.
- Service fees are non-refundable once consultation, coordination or documentation support services have commenced.
- Government fees or third-party charges are non-refundable once submitted or confirmed.
- Third-party refusal, rejection or non-approval does not entitle the client to a refund of consultancy fees.
KBH International provides travel consultancy and travel planning services only.
Flight tickets, transportation and other travel services are arranged through authorised third-party travel partners.
KBH International does not directly issue airline tickets and acts only as a travel service facilitator.
3. Religious & Travel Packages
Refund eligibility for travel coordination packages depends on the stage of service and third-party supplier policies.
- Cancellations made before third-party confirmations may be eligible for partial refund, subject to administrative deductions.
- Once transportation, accommodation, or third-party travel services are confirmed, cancellation charges may apply according to the policies of the respective service providers.
- Non-refundable third-party charges will be deducted from any refundable amount.
4. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment if services have not yet commenced. An administrative processing fee may apply.
Requests submitted after services have commenced may not be eligible for refund.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact the Company before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Unauthorised chargebacks without prior communication may result in service suspension and additional administrative review.
7. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be published on this page.
Payments made on this website are collected as service fees for travel consultation, travel planning services and holiday package coordination.
Any transportation, accommodation bookings or other travel services arranged for customers are subject to the policies of the respective third-party travel partners.
